- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand their goals and help them leverage digital tools effectively.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to website tracking, digital campaigns, and user experience.
- Support the integration of tracking and analytics solutions across Erste Group.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing to empower business users and improve utilization of marketing technologies.

Help ensure that digital solutions are compliant with privacy regulations and Erste Group’s security standards.
Requirements for applicants:
- You’re a team player who enjoys learning, gives and receives feedback, and takes initiative.
- You enjoy taking responsibility, giving feedback and supporting team members.
- You’re open-minded and value diverse perspectives.
- You’re confident in English (spoken and written).
- You are enrolled at a Slovak university.
- You’re curious about technology and understand the basics of how the web works.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any programming language is a plus.
